“NIISA” was awarded the Order of the Red Banner of Labor by the Decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR on October 21, 1983 for its merits in the development of special equipment.

The President of the Republic of Belarus declared a commendation to the staff of the UE “NIISA” for development and manufacturing application an automated special-purpose communication station.

UE “NIISA” twice became the winner of The Prize of the Government of the Republic of Belarus for achievements in quality.

The Company was awarded the Certificate of Merit of the Committee on standardization, metrology and certification under the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus for the manufacturing of high quality and competitive products.

The personnel of the Company was awarded the title of the 1st Prize Laureate of the Ministry of Industry of the Republic of Belarus for achievements in the field of quality, development and manufacturing application of systems and highly effective methods of production management in accordance with the requirements and provisions of ISO 9000 international standard.

UE “NIISA” was awarded the Honorary Diploma of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus for significant contribution to the development and manufacturing application of automated command posts, and operation centers, means of automation, upgraded radars, information encryption tools for the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus.

The Company was awarded the Honorary Diploma of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus for its great contribution to the development of fruitful cooperation with NAS of Belarus on the joint implementation of scientific and technical programs and projects, assistance in strengthening the results of scientific research in production.

The personnel were commended by state awards and prizes of the Republic of Belarus for their successes in the development and production of new equipment, as well as for their significant contribution to the enterprise's activities:

• 6 employees were awarded orders of the Republic of Belarus,
• 27 employees were awarded medals of the Republic of Belarus;
• The title “Honored Worker of Industry of the Republic Belarus” was assigned to 3 employees.
• 6 employees were awarded the State Prize of the Republic of Belarus.

• The President of the Republic of Belarus declared a commendation to 1 employee.
• The Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus declared a commendation to 3 employees.
• 8 employees were awarded the Honorary Diploma of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus.
• 79 employees were laureates of the prize of the Ministry of Industry of the Republic of Belarus in the field of science and technology.
• 99 employees of the organization are the laureates of the State Military-Industrial Committee of the Republic of Belarus in the field of science and technology.

• 339 people were awarded orders and medals of the USSR for valiant labor.
• 10 employees of the organization were laureates of the USSR State Prize, 3 employees were laureates of the Lenin Komsomol Prize.
• 15 employees were awarded the title “Honorary Radio Operator of the USSR”.
