This week, AGAT opened its doors to the students of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Belarus. As part of one of the stages in training managerial staff, an off-site session was organized for the students at our Company.

The participants visited one of the special design departments, where they were shown the capabilities of the software and hardware complex used in the development and design of products, as well as the trial production facility, where the guests were able to learn about the technology of assembly and adjustment of mobile complexes. 

All questions raised by the students were thoroughly answered by the management of the enterprise, including the Deputy Director for Ideology and General Issues, Alexander Pashukevich, as well as the heads of structural departments. 

To conclude the session, a round table was held on the topic “Development Strategy of the Organization in the Context of Competitive Environment and International Sanctions.”
