    The work was carried out within the framework of the investment project in the interests of RUE "National Airport Minsk". AGAT, in partnership with the Russian company “Firma NITA”, LLC, delivered and thoroughly tested key systems for arranging air traffic control services at the airfield, including self-developed air traffic control system "Agata".
    Air traffic control system "Agata" is an automated system that provides receiving and processing information about the air picture, planned, weather and air navigation information, its integration and display at the automated workstations of air traffic control operators.
    The airfield was equipped with the turnkey system in short time. At the same time, specialists ensured full integration and interaction of the specified systems with the existing infrastructure of the Republican Unitary Enterprise for Air Navigation Services of Air Traffic "Belaeronavigatsia" and the interacting systems of the Orsha airfield:
    ⁃ receiving radar information from the Minsk air traffic control center and the Mogilev airfield;
    ⁃ connection to the airspace use planning system (automated air navigation service system) of the Minsk air traffic control center;
    ⁃ connection to the fixed electric air communication network AFTN / AMHS and exchange of AMHS messages;
    ⁃ receiving weather information from an integrated radiotechnical airfield weather station;
    ⁃ interaction with an automatic radio bearing finder;
    ⁃ communication via the digital interface ATS-QSIG with the voice message switching system of the Minsk national airport;
    ⁃ control and arrangement of radio communication using the VoIP protocol in accordance with the EuroCAE ED-137 standard via UHF radio stations of the airband;
    ⁃ integration with telephone networks through a corporate production automatic telephone station via a digital interface;
    ⁃ providing unified time for the airfield consumer systems.
    All delivered systems have valid type certificates issued by the Interstate Aviation Committee and meet modern industry requirements.
