On July 22, 2020, OJSC "AGAT-Control Systems" - Managing Company of "Geoinformation Control Systems Holding" and "InnoTech Solutions" company signed a Memorandum of Cooperation.
The parties confirmed that the signing of the Memorandum of Cooperation is intended to strengthen the positions of both organizations in the IT services market, as well as to promote the use of modern and advanced technologies in various areas of their activities.
