On September 19, 2023, a comprehensive exercise was held at the Open Joint Stock Company “AGAT – Control Systems” on the implementation of measures of the state system for the prevention, response and recovery of emergency situations and civil defense, in case of threat and emergency situations in peacetime and wartime, measures to maintain the sustainable running of the Company, protection of employees in natural and man-made emergencies and civil defense.

The purpose of the exercise is:
- Checking the feasibility of prevention and response plans in case of emergency and civil defense;
- Enhancing the skills of the Company management and civil defense units while conducting the events of the state system for the prevention, response and recovery of emergency situations and civil defense;
- Improving the ability of trainees to fulfill techniques and methods of protection in the event of emergency situations;
- Mastering the skills of protection of the Company’s employees in case of emergency;
- Practicing on deployment and bringing into readiness the civil defense units etc.

Responsible officials obtained hand-on experience in managing the Company’s subdivisions; and the employees learnt to take measures in case of emergencies and their response and recovery.
