On December 13, 2018 Henadzi Kazakou, Director of OJSC "AGAT - Control Systems – Managing Company of Geoinformation Control Systems Holding" and Oleg Sedelnik, CEO of JLLC «Belarusian cloud technologies» (beCloud) signed the Memorandum on cooperation having provisions for a strategic partnership of the Parties in a number of areas of information and communication technologies.

The cooperation of the Parties will be aimed at intensifying the development and production of domestic communication means and automated control systems in the Republic of Belarus using the latest information and communication technologies as well as the development of services for the provision of professional mobile radio communications using LTE technology and cloud computing.
