Every year on the second Sunday of May, Belarus celebrates the Day of the State Flag, the State Emblem and the State Anthem of the Republic of Belarus.

On May 13th, in honor of the upcoming holiday on the square near the National Library, AGAT experts took part in the “Proud of native symbols” youth challenge.

On May 14th, a solemn ceremony of honoring the state symbols of the Republic of Belarus was held, which was organized on the State Flag Square.

The State Flag, the State Emblem and the State Anthem of the Republic of Belarus are inextricably linked symbols of freedom and independence of the Belarusian people.

The holiday is intended to remind young generations of the history of creation and the meaning of national symbols.
