A new era of forces command and control: Panatseya ACS
Open Joint Stock Company “AGAT-Control Systems” – Managing Company of “Geoinformation Control Systems” Holding has completed development and implementation of Panatseya multi-domain control system of forces and weapons that has been put into operation by the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus this year.
Advantages of Panatseya ACS:
Integration from a soldier to the command authority.
The unified control system includes the primary control unit: the soldier ? squad commander /combat vehicle. This made it possible to significantly increase the information capabilities of military formations, since it is this link that is the most objective source of information during the performance of tasks for its intended purpose.
Versatility of application.
It operates on VHF /HF radios, satellite communication stations, multimode terminals of the DMR and LTE (4G) standard, wired communication facilities. Special software enables using of automated control systems on communication devices of a foreign manufacturer.
The foundation of a single information space.
It interfaces all automated systems and facilities: from reconnaissance (BRDM-4B, Kestrel) to fire control (Centurion, Vulkan), UAVs (Berkut-3) and command vehicles (Bogatyr, Cayman CAS)

- 10-20 seconds — time of data receiving on the target (enemy’s unit).
- 1-1.5 minutes — sequencing operations “detects – identifies –takes decision –kills” (artillery / aviation).
