Representatives of the workforce and the trade union committee of AGAT laid flowers at the “Grieving Mother” monument in the Chelyuskintsev Park in the capital as part of a district requiem rally. 

“Today we remember those whose lives were cut short during the terrible years of the war. It is our duty to preserve the historical truth about the genocide of the Belarusian people, to pass it on from generation to generation, and to do everything possible to ensure such tragedies never happen again. The ‘Grieving Mother’ is an image of all mothers who lost their children, an eternal reminder of the value of peace and human life,” the participants of the event noted.
