On June 13, 2016 the President of the Republic of Belarus Mr. A. Lukashenko gave the consent to nominate Mr. M. Dzemchanka as the Director of OJSC “AGAT – Control Systems – Managing Company of Geoinformation Control Systems Holding” (hereinafter referred as – Company).

On June 13 the supervisory board decided to nominate Mr. M. Dzemchanka the Director of OJSC “AGAT – Control Systems – Managing Company of Geoinformation Control Systems Holding”.

On the basis of the same decision, the supervisory board released Mr. Y. Mosienko from his position of the Director of OJSC “AGAT – Control Systems – Managing Company of Geoinformation Control Systems Holding”.

On June 14, 2016 the Chairman of the State Military and Industrial Committee of the Republic of Belarus Mr. Sergei Gurulev introduced Mr. Mikhail Dzemchanka who was a Deputy Director for Commerce since August 2014 to the Company’s management and directors of the companies belonging to the Holding in the new position and he handed the service certificate ID to a newly-appointed Director of the Company. Mr. Sergey Gurulev wished Mr. Mikhail Dzemchanka success and implementation of tasks on the dynamic development of the Company’s expansion of inter-branch relations and scientific-industrial cooperation, and fulfillment of an effective marketing policy.

The Chairman of the State Military and Industrial Committee of the Republic of Belarus presented Mr. Yuri Mosienko with a certificate of appreciation and thanked him for the long-standing fruitful work, high professionalism and great personal contribution to the dynamic development of OJSC “AGAT – Control Systems”, establishment and further improvement of “Geoinformation Control Systems” Holding, successful implementation of activities in reference to the integrated system project «combat geoinformation systems» as well as the establishment and activities of several scientific schools.

Mr. S. Gurulev expressed confidence that Mr. Y. Mosienko in his new position of Executive assistant to Director will render support to a newly-appointed director; impart knowledge and experience accumulated by Mr. Y. Mosienko during 12 years of Company management.
