On 10 June, 2019, the specialists from Cybersecurity Center of OJSC “AGAT – Control Systems” – Managing Company of Geoinformation Control Systems Holding” started day-and-night duty in the Operations Coordination Center of the II European Games. The specialists will conduct activities ensuring cybersecurity of the facility during the entire period of this sporting event significant for the country.

The Cybersecurity Center was created within the structure of the Company to prevent cyber threats and respond to hacker attacks that affect the interests of society and the country. The existing experience and high qualification of specialists involved allowed OJSC “AGAT – Control Systems” – Managing Company of Geoinformation Control Systems Holding” to be granted the status of a company that provides support at the II European Games in the sphere of cybersecurity.

Also, the Company’s specialists during the II European Games will coordinate the functioning of the Control Center of Minsk Automated Traffic Control System (ATCS Control Center). The hardware and software suite of Minsk ATCS, developed and implemented by the Company in 2010, at present time successfully copes with the tasks of optimization of traffic management in the capital. Involvement of the specialists of OJSC “AGAT – Control Systems” – Managing Company of Geoinformation Control Systems Holding” to coordinate the work of the system will provide additional control over the work of Minsk ATCS and ensure prompt elimination of abnormal situations arising under increased intensity of traffic and pedestrian flows due to the staging of the II European Games.
