Traditional annual meeting of recent graduates

 

On September 8, the Open Joint Stock Company hosted newcomers hired in 2023. Annual meetings with young specialists for several years have become a hear-warming and essential traditions of the Holding. Young specialists became familiar with the history and products of the Holding, as well as the work of the Youth Council and the trade union committee.

The meeting of the newcomers traditionally ended with a visit to the Museum of the Great Patriotic War.

This event is aimed to facilitate the effective adaptation of new employees to the workforce and will allow them to take their place in a team of professionals.
