    The project was originated by RUE “Grodnoenergo” with North China Power Engineering Co., Ltd. (NCPE) being the general contractor.

    AGAT participated in the project as a supplier of Relay Protection and Automation equipment, Process Control System, Automated control and metering system, communication and UPS equipment, as well as performed start-up and commissioning of the Process Control System.

    The distinctive feature of the 330/110/10 kV substation in Postavy is integration of numerous innovations for Belarusian power network, such as:

    – AGAT-2000 SCADA-system integrating the PKTz-2016 software system (for control of file integrity);

    – blocking system based on multifunctional controllers linked via IEC 61850-8-1 protocol;

    – integration of relay protection and ECA equipment via IEC 61850-8-1 protocol;

    – distributed and flexible UPS system for the process control system.
