Services with UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) employment

Purpose / Description

OJSC AGAT-Control Systems - Managing Company of Geoinformation Control Systems Holding offers services using unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) for the benefit of various national economy sectors of the Republic of Belarus.

The Company has modern unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) with various payloads. In accordance with the Order of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 193 dated 10.11.2016, the Company has the right to conduct aerial work using the UAV in accordance with the legislation.

The UAVs available in the Company allow execute flights using television, photo and thermal imagery cameras with a flight endurance from 2 to 8 hours. The accuracy of determining the coordinates of ground objects is up to 50 m (depending on the UAV flight altitude).

Performed functions

For the energy complex: aerial photography of masts and electrical transmission lines, detection of wire slack between power transmission towers, survey of areas adjacent to electrical transmission lines, detection of damage to electrical transmission lines, etc.

For the oil and gas sector: identifying violations of the technical condition of facilities, monitoring the ecological state of the natural environment along the routes of main pipelines, identifying places and volumes of hydrocarbon leaks, areas of pollution, analyzing pipeline sections crossing water barriers, road and railway crossings, examining the state of the near-pipe environment, monitoring security zones to find out if there are any illegal buildings constructed, etc.

For forestry: monitoring and accounting of hunting resources and their habitat, forest fund, land under wild tree-shrub vegetation, production and environmental monitoring, patrolling local forest fund areas to detect forest fires, monitoring to counteract illegal activities, etc.

For agriculture: monitoring of the state of agricultural land, including to determine the intended use of land, runtime assessment of the state and level of the land degradation, yield capacity forecast, assessment of flood conditions, etc.

For geodesy (land surveying, cadastre, inventory): maintaining a state real estate cadastre and monitoring urban development activities in populated localities, updating topographic maps, cartographic works, monitoring various types of objects, etc.

Prevention of emergencies: monitoring of snow and ice cover, ice edge, ice jam, forecasting river flows and monitoring of river flooding areas, determination of peat fires, etc.
